Welcome to Raaghavi Oils . By accessing or using our website (www.raaghavioils.com) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Products & Pricing

All our cold wood pressed oils are manufactured and packed following high standards of hygiene and quality. Prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not signify final acceptance of the order, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of payment issues, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping & Delivery

• We currently deliver across India.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

• Raaghavi Oils is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.

   

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Order Cancellation:
  Orders can only be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please email us at [raaghavimys@gmail.com].
   
• Refunds:
  Refunds will be issued only if the order is canceled in time or if the product is damaged during transit and verified through proper documentation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
   

• No refunds/cancellations will be accepted once the product is dispatched or delivered, unless there is a genuine defect or damage.

   

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product (consumable oil), we do not accept returns. If your order is damaged or the wrong product was delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Payments

We accept online payments through secure gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking). All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website or engage in activities that harm our brand, systems, or other users.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mysore, Karnataka India.
