Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

  • 1 ripe avocado

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread:

  2. Prepare the avocado mix:
    Cut the avocado, scoop out the flesh, and mash it in a bowl.
    Add lemon juice, salt, and crushed pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Spread it out:
    Spread the mashed avocado generously over the toasted bread.
  4. Drizzle the star ingredient:
